HEALTH & PRODUCTIVITY SNAPSHOT REPORTS
Typically within two weeks of your data submission, you will receive a Snapshot report allowing you to make a business case for health and productivity management to your senior management.
Reports showcase expected workforce health conditions (treated and untreated), health status, absence, lost time from presenteeism (health-related inability to function at full capacity while at work), lost productivity and ultimate business impact. Snapshot data tabulation involves:
- Modeling of employee demographics against a large, industry-trusted Health and Work Performance Questionnaire (HPQ) database, developed by Dr. Ron Kessler of Harvard Medical School, to create a typical experience for companies.
- Converting absence and at-work presenteeism to lost productivity using IBI's established and validated methodology.
- Couching absence, presenteeism and lost productivity in the bottom-line terms you need to make a business case.
